01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and CB999 (referred to herein as "CB999", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the CB999 website located at https://cb999.cam (the "Platform").

04 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the applicable Operator or the license jurisdiction governing the Operator's services. CB999 does not knowingly permit access to minors. If we reasonably believe you are under the applicable minimum age, we reserve the right to restrict your access without notice.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform, and any Operator services to which the Platform refers, is lawful in your jurisdiction. 05 Acceptable Use

06 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to textual content, page layouts, design elements, typography, colour schemes, iconography, descriptive game summaries, promotional comparison copy and structural frameworks — is the intellectual property of CB999 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

CB999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Platform Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: download or permanently copy substantial portions of the Platform; modify, adapt or translate any Content; or use Content for commercial purposes without CB999's prior written consent.

Third-party brand names referenced on the Platform — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on the Platform does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

07 Promotions & Bonus Content
